Reflexion shows your own Google reviews on your own screen. We collect what we need to do that and to answer you when you write to us. Here’s the whole of it, in plain words.
Your Google reviews
When you connect your business, you sign in with Google and give Reflexion permission — granted per business — to read that business’s profile and reviews. We use that data to run your review slideshow, your review dashboard, and your email digest. The sign-in tokens Google issues are stored server-side only; they never live in your browser or on your display. Data may be aggregated for internal analysis to improve and deliver our services.
Reflexion’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Revoking access
Your Google connection is revocable at any time, per business: disconnect it from your review dashboard, or remove Reflexion’s access in your Google account settings. Once revoked, Reflexion can no longer read that business’s data.
The contact form
If you use our contact form, we receive what you type — business name, your name, email, phone if you include it, and your note. It is delivered by our form service to our inbox, and we use it to reply to you.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused, cookieless analytics to count visits; it collects no personal information and uses no cookies, so there’s nothing to consent to.
